I’m not big on supplements, I just use “profusion 84” protein after workouts. Getting bigger can definitely slow you down and make you less flexible. Being too bulky isn’t great for mma in my opinion, I’d rather be agile and strong with lean muscle than look huge. If you live in CA check out West Coast Nutrition for more help.
